Heaven on Earth

Heaven on Earth

Life’s not a puzzle to outsmart,
But an adventure for the heart

Health and happiness we seek,
So often chasing quick relief

Through pills and shots and long-drawn plans,
Believing more is in our hands

But seeking beauty is the key—
Fresh air, the sun, simplicity

Get off the couch, step out, begin,
Move our bodies, breathe it in

Stop peering through another’s life
Find a place, a friend, a tribe

We don’t grow stronger when we cut,
But when we build, explore, and trust

Create and love and give once more,
That’s where our truest growth is stored

We need real rest, unhurried sleep,
Not endless noise or screens that beep

No multitasking, no frantic pace—
Just quiet time and gentle space

We can’t live well on fast and fake,
But on food the earth itself did make

From farms and fields and seasons true,
Sustaining body, soul, and view

We don’t always need more to thrive,
But enough to use, enjoy, feel alive

Focus not on possessions earned or things we own,
But service given and things we’ve grown

Doubt will whisper, shadows creep,
Old voices echo loud and deep

But we are made, each one, unique—
With gifts to claim, with truth to seek

The world does not revolve on me,
We’re specks in time and history

Yet still entrusted, here and now,
To shape our heaven on earth, somehow

Our hands are a part of God’s design—
From them come care, love and acts divine

We must give and worship to feel free,
To embrace our Maker’s generosity

His will lived out in all we do,
On earth as in heaven breaking through
