I am a Christian, business leader, father, husband, and friend. Over the course of my career I have had the privilege of leading four franchise companies as president and CEO — Haagen-Dazs Shoppes, HoneyBaked Ham, Pure Barre, and The Lash Lounge — and have completed over 50 mergers and acquisitions.
I started Lessons On Purpose to share the things I have learned along the way — in business, in faith, and in life — in the hope that they might be useful to others on their own journey. These lessons come from decades of leading teams, navigating uncertainty, wrestling with faith, raising a family, and trying to live with intention.
I believe that living on purpose means aligning your time, energy, and resources with what matters most. For me, that is God, family, and leaving a meaningful impact on the people around me.
